You can notify your support or leadership teams with information about the incident with our Email Notification runbook step. This can be used to notify teams immediately that an incident has been created and then follow up with more information once you've determined the scope of the incident.
This example automatically sends out an email just listing the name and severity of the incident when it is opened. It then adds a step in to runbook to be executed later to notify the same team with more details about the incident once they're known.
